Main conference (8-10 June 2022)

The registration rates for the main conference are as follows:

• Early registration deadline: 4 May 2022
• Late registration deadline (for in-person participation): 23 May 2022

One author per accepted paper has to register at the author rate (in-person or virtual) by the early registration deadline. As long as there is one author (non-student) registration per accepted paper, any of the authors can then actually give the presentation.

Example: Assume that A, X, and P are students, and that there are three papers at the conference:

1. Paper 1 by A, B, and C.
2. Paper 2 by X, A, and Z.
3. Paper 3 by P.

Then:

• P must register at the author rate.
• If A registers at the author rate, X can register at the student rate.
• If B and Z register at the author rate, A and X can register at the student rate.
• If X registers at the author rate, A can register at the student rate provided B or C also register (at the author rate).

iFM 2022 will run as a partially hybrid event. This means participants (including authors of accepted papers) who are unable to attend the conference in person can register as virtual participants and watch the talks remotely.

The registration rates for virtual participants contribute to the common costs of the conference (e.g. keynote speakers), which are shared equally between in-person and virtual participants.

The registration rates for in-person participants include lunches and coffee breaks during the conference, a small reception on the first conference day, and a social dinner on the second conference day.

PhD symposium (7 June 2022)

The registration of the PhD symposium is separate from that of the main conference; if you want to attend both, you have to register twice (once for each event).

The registration rates for the PhD Symposium are as follows:

• Registration deadline: 23 May 2022

The registration rates include lunch and coffee breaks during the event. Note that the PhD symposium does not offer remote participation. There is a unique registration deadline (no early/late registration).

IVOIRE workshop (7 June 2022)

The registration of the IVOIRE workshop is separate from that of the main conference; if you want to attend both, you have to register twice (once for each event).
